Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to mp-symposium@sibs.ac.cn before May 13, 2018 . Refunds will be processed after the conference with a 15% charge of registration fee. No request for refunds will be entertained after May 13, 2018 . 
Replacement of delegates will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is submitted to mp-symposium@sibs.ac.cn by May 13, 2018 .
