We are honored to invite you to attend the 2026 International Conference on Molecular Plant Sciences (ICMPS2026), which will be held on November 11-15, 2026, in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. 

Molecular Plant (MP), published jointly with Cell Press, is an esteemed international journal that showcases groundbreaking and highly significant research in the field of plant sciences. Its sister journal, Plant Communications, is an open-access journal dedicated to publishing important advancements across all areas of plant sciences. As research in plant sciences continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, this conference—co-organized by Molecular Plant and Plant Communications, in collaboration with the CAS Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences/Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology, the Chinese Society of Plant Biology (CSPB), and South China Agricultural University—aims to bring together leading minds in the field to foster innovation and collaboration. 

Under the theme "Plant Science Research and Crop Improvement in the AI era", the scientific program will span three days and feature six sessions: Cell and Developmental Biology, Plant-Environment Interactions, Plant-Microbe Interactions, Youth Forum on Plant Sciences, Metabolism, Nutrition and Biofortification, Crop Genomics and Engineering.
