Please note that abstracts can only be accepted if at least one author has registered for participation at the conference. The author of the abstract and poster will have a chance to be selected for a short talk at the conference.

Opportunities for oral presentations 

Short Talk: The author of abstracts/posters will have a chance to be selected and invited to deliver a 12–15 minute oral presentation in English to share their latest research progress and highlights.
Flash Talk: The author of posters will have a chance to be selected and invited to give a 3 minute rapid oral presentation in English to briefly share their work at the conference.

Please prepare your abstract in English within one A4 page. Leave 3 cm (top), 2.5 cm (bottom), 2 cm (left) and 2 cm (right) margins on the page. 
Times New Roman, 10pt, single spaced, justified, should be used for the main text. MS Word text processor will be preferred.

Poster

The poster is required to be 120cm (height) * 80cm (width). Please upload the poster in the system and the organizer will help print the poster for the conference. No need to bring the poster by yourself!
