Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to ICMPS@cemps.ac.cn before July 21, 2025  .  Refunds will be processed after the conference with a 15% charge for the registration fee. No request for refunds will be entertained after July 21, 2025 . 
Replacement of delegates will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is submitted to ICMPS@cemps.ac.cn by July 30, 2025 .
